We ready to SERVE you!From the largest conventions to the most important "White Glove" dinners, the carefully selected men and women of At Your Service are ready to step in and serve as if they were your very own staff.  Our skilled employees make it possible to accept multiple bookings on the same date without worrying about how to staff it!


Bar Backs - The support person for the bartender.  This guy or gal is working hard on the labor intensive tasks required for any bar to run smoothly, which allows the bartender to focus on customer service and drink preparation.

Barista - Someone who has gained some degree of knowledge, skill and expertise in the field of specialty coffee making. He or she will be able to prepare and serve espressos, lattes and other specialty coffees with the aide of the appropriate equipment.

Bartenders - A man or woman who has an extensive knowledge of drink recipes for beers, wines, liquors and the appropriate garnishes and glassware for each.  They will also be able to set up an entire bar before an event and break it down afterwards.

Bussers - The support person for the wait staff.  When utilized he or she will perform basic cleaning and removal duties during and after an event or work shift giving the wait staff the additional time necessary in order to deliver phenomenal service.

Captains - This is someone who has gained the service skills and customer service etiquette required to head a section or sections of a  restaurant or event floor.  He or she will be responsible for leading a crew of wait staff in the efficient and friendly delivery of food and drinks to all tables and persons in their section, delegating orders, identifying and resolving any and all issues that may arise and where applicable the proper execution of the B.E.O.

Coat Check - A man or woman whose function is to ensure your personal belongings such as a coat, jacket, shawl or sometimes even purse remain in the designated area where you left them. 

Doorman - The person who opens and closes the door for the guests.  He or she may also be responsible for announcing the guests at the time of their arrival.

Parking Directors - This is someone who will instruct the guest's or the valet attendants on where to park the vehicles at any given time.

Porters - He or she is another utility person whose primary function is to re-stock supplies required by guests in public areas and small cleaning jobs such as vacuuming or sweeping of public areas.

Wait Staff - Amazing men and women who give 100% of themselves to ensure that the food and drinks desired by the guests have been delivered in a timely and friendly manner.  They have been trained to know when to serve, which side to serve from and all the other service details required to deliver incredible memories.

Carvers - A skilled man or woman who has extensive knowledge of meats, poultry and knives and the proper techniques necessary to bring them together successfully.

Chefs - a man or woman who has gained the status of Chef de Cuisine, either because he or she is a culinary graduate or he or she has the many years of on-the-job culinary experience necessary to run a kitchen both expertly and efficiently,  

Chefs Assistants - This is someone who is has a working knowlegde of the kitchen.  He or she will be able to assist with the cooking, or the measuring of portions, stocking, etc.

Dishwashers - One of the most important personnel in the kitchen!  This under appreciated guy or gal is responsible for ensuring that the glassware, flatware, pots, pans and dishes are clean and available for use when needed, keeping a busy kitchen running smoothly!

Executive Chefs - A culinary artist.  He or she is in charge of everything related to the kitchen, including menu creation, staff management and business aspects such as profit and loss or waste management.

General Utility -  The support person for the support people!  A hardworking helping hand who is willing to do just about anything required for the back and middle of the house.  He or she is responsible for unloading, stocking, prep-cook assistance, inventory, and etc.

Line Cooks -  A cook who prepares food and works on the hot line in the kitchen, may work in specific stations such as saute or grill.

Prep-Cooks - Prep cooks prepare vegetables and other foods: they wash, peel, cut, chop, slice, and may assist with portioning.
