The At Your Service management team has personal business experience in almost every aspect of the industry giving them the understanding needed to truly satisfy your needs.  Our hiring process, testing procedures, in-house training programs and on-going instruction ensure that we are providing our clients with the best possible staff for any and every event.

Our staff goes through a hands-on training program in service skills, customer relations etiquette and safety as well as written and verbal skills assessment and online testing procedures.  All team members must pass psychological & personality testing to ensure honesty and stability.

All employees report to our office for inspection and pre-event details before going out on work assignments.  Each of those employees has a scheduled back-up on reserve in the event that they do not pass inspection or cannot make their assignment for any reason.  Routine contact with our employees enables us to know exactly who we have available and what skills they posses.


When our staff looks good, you look good.  At Your Service provides uniform tuxedo attire to banquet & server staff, uniform white kitchen attire to culinary staff, uniform black utility attire to support staff and uniform polo/pant combination attire to all housekeeping staff.  You can count on a well groomed and consistent appearance from all At Your Service employees, at all times!


Every member of our staff is an At Your Service Hospitality Staffing, Ltd. employee and they are covered under our insurance, which includes Workers Compensation & General Umbrella Liability to protect our clients.  At Your Service Hospitality Staffing, Ltd. is a fully licensed company.

All staff must pass pre-hire screening and background checks.  Once hired, all staff must pass safety training and sexual harassment training.  Non-slip shoes are worn as a standard part of every uniform to prevent accidents.  All social security numbers are verified for work eligibility.  On site random drug testing, suprise inspections and supervisor observation combine to make our employees the safest and most secure choice available.
